After-care tips:

• Avoid heavy exercise, intense sun, sauna/hot tub for ~24–48 hours.
• Avoid massaging or pressing the treated area unless advised.
• Use cold compress if swelling or bruising occurs.
• Subtle swelling, redness or bruising are common and resolve in days.

Common minor side-effects: swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness, lumps or bumps at injection site.

Less common/serious risks (very rare): vascular occlusion, infection, allergic reactions, or lumps that persist — which is why choosing an experienced injector and following after-care is important.
