Enigma Medi Spa Package & Promotional Offer Policy

To provide our clients with exceptional value, Enigma Medi Spa occasionally offers discounted treatment packages, including promotions such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free, Buy 3, Get 1 Free, percentage-off packages, and other promotional pricing.

By purchasing a discounted package, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Promotional Pricing

Package pricing is offered at a discounted rate based on the client’s commitment to purchase the entire package. Individual treatments within the package have no separate refund value.

2. No Refund for Complimentary Treatments

If a package includes one or more complimentary (“free”) treatments, those treatments have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund, credit, exchange, or substitution under any circumstances.

For example:

• Buy 2, Get 1 Free: Once the two purchased treatments have been used, the remaining complimentary treatment is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

3. Cancellation of a Package

If a client chooses to cancel a package after using any portion of it, all treatments already received will be recalculated at the Company’s current regular, non-discounted individual treatment price.

Any refund, if applicable, will equal the amount originally paid minus the full regular retail value of all treatments already received, plus any applicable cancellation or administrative fees permitted by law.

If the value of treatments already received equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued, and the client remains responsible for any outstanding balance, if applicable.

4. No Partial Promotional Pricing

Promotional discounts apply only when the entire package is completed or retained. Clients may not receive discounted pricing for individual sessions after canceling a promotional package.

5. Non-Transferable

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Enigma Medi Spa, package treatments are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

6. No Cash Value

Packages, promotional discounts, complimentary sessions, credits, and bonus treatments have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Medical Considerations

If a treatment becomes medically inappropriate, contraindicated, or cannot be safely performed, Enigma Medi Spa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an equivalent treatment or issue an in-house credit. Cash refunds will not be provided except where required by applicable law.

8. Final Sale

All promotional packages and discounted treatment packages are considered final sale. Any exception shall be made solely at the discretion of Enigma Medi Spa and in accordance with applicable law.

By purchasing a package, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Package & Promotional Offer Policy.
